over the past several years i have received a huge volume of emails, and i am deeply grateful that so many people connect with my writing. at this time i have decided not to make my personal contact information available in the interest of self care. i write about mental illness because i live with it and it impacts my life on a daily basis. there are so many worthwhile and life-saving mental health organizations that can offer psychiatric and grief support – and i am not one of them. this blog is a one-woman show and i am not a trained mental health professional. rather i am an individual sharing my own lived experience.
at this point i am not taking on any new partnerships nor seeking new opportunities. i just want to write about where i’m at. i need this blog to be a safe and healthy place for me to heal, and right now that means that the best way i can connect with you is simply through my writing itself.
